Hello everyone,
In today's video, I will show you how to install and configure an email server with Postfix, Dovecot and Mozilla Thunderbird as an email client, and we will test sending/receiving an email.

In the first part, we will deal with the case where the client and the server are on the same machine. In my case, I use my Kali Linux virtual machine.

Then in a second part, we will simulate the sending/receiving of an email between two users dsi21 and sem21 using two email clients, Thunderbird (sem21 account) under my Kali Linux VM, Thunderbird (dsi21 account) under my host machine Windows. We will then create these users.
