You can easily install Flatpak using the following command:

sudo apt install flatpak
For Ubuntu 18.04 or earlier, use PPA:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:flatpak/stable
sudo apt update
sudo apt install flatpak

Add a Flathub repository

flatpak remote-add –if-not-exists flathubhttps://flathub.org/repo/flathub.flatpakrepo
