How to Install Java JDK 21 on Windows 10/11 [2023] Run Java Program Using JDK 21

Learn how to install Java JDK 21 on Windows 10. We will also see how to verify the installation and how to run the first Java program using JDK 21. Java installer file comes with JRE and JDK.

Step 1: How to Download Java
Open your web browser
Click on the URL: https://www.oracle.com/java/technologies/downloads/
Select your operating system tab.
Find and click the JDK download link for your operating system.
It will download and save the files to your disk.

Step 2: Install Java
Click to run the downloaded installer file
Simply follow the prompt in the installer window

Step 3: Test if Java is working or not
Open cmd, type javac or java –version
