How to install language in Windows 11

How to install a language for Windows: Use the Add a Language feature to install another language for Windows 11 to display menus, dialogs, and supported apps and websites in that language.

If a language is listed under Preferred Languages but does not appear in the Windows display languages list, you will first need to install its language pack (if available).

Select Start Settings Time & language Language & region.

Choose a language from the Add a language list under Preferred languages, then select Options. Select Download from the Download language pack option. Once the language pack is installed, select Back.
