Issue: Netflix is not allowed to send keystrokes
Solution: Open System Preferences / Security & Privacy / Privacy Tab / Accessibility / Click the padlock to make changes
then click the button to add the Netflix application
Open System Preferences / Security & Privacy / Privacy Tab / Accessibility / Automation
then check Netflix system events
