Step 1. First you need to go to the following official PHP website.
https://windows.php.net/download#php-8.2
This page will lead to the official Php website. Now find here VS16 x64 Thread Safe and download the zip file.

Step 2. After downloading, simply extract the zip file on your Windows 10/11 operating system. 64-bit. In my video I guided you step by step on how to install PHP 8.2.0. Just follow this if you have any issues.

Step 3. Now, simply copy and paste the extracted PHP folder into the program files of your C drive.

Step 4. Now set the environment variable and let's go! Now just create a PHP file and write a hello world script.

Step 5. Now open Command Prompt and type:
php nameOfYourPhpFile.php
And There you go !!
