How to Level Up QUICKLY in Triangle Strategy!

As I play New Game and try to catch up on my underutilized units so I can use new ones, I realized how quick it can be to upgrade them and found a very quick method which I thought I would share. Please let me know if you have other ways to optimize it or find better solutions!
