3. Determine your target audience. Who needs your services? Make sure you choose a niche in which you can become an authority.

4. Sell your skills – test several acquisition methods and find out which one works best for you. Examples: LinkedIn outreach, custom looms, email, Instagram DMs, cold calls, etc.

5. Scale your business until you reach 70% capacity. Don’t hire too early because the profit margins are high! Always aim for 65% or more.

6. Build a team – create SOPs for your daily tasks and find A-players to whom you can delegate these tasks. It's time to focus on the big picture and the key actions that will drive your business forward.

7. Automate your business – create systems for everything related to your business. Systems are evolving, people have limits.

8. Enjoy the fruits of your labor.

Remember: this is a 2-3 year plan. Most people underestimate what they can do in 3 years but overestimate what they can accomplish in 3 months.

Patience, dedication and discipline are the key factors in your success.

Make a plan, commit to making it happen, and don't look back until you've succeeded.
