We are starting a new series of videos on coffee preparation and recipes from the game “My Coffee: Recipes and Stories/”. Roman will help us. He is a professional barista on the JS Barista Training Center team. Roman will introduce us to the main types of coffee. and will learn how to brew coffee and prepare the best coffee recipes.
In this video tutorial we learn how to cook summer drinks from coffee beans: you will learn how to prepare an espresso drink: Espresso Shakerato recipe – cold coffee cocktail with syrups. The caff shakerato recipe is very simple:
– We need a double espresso
– Spicy mango syrup
– Grapefruit syrup
– Ice
– Sugar
To prepare an espresso shakerato cocktail, you need to add ice, sugar, 50 ml of espresso and spicy mango syrup to the shaker. Shake it well.
Next, you need to whisk the ice cream, grapefruit syrup, sugar and espresso. Whisking with a mixer should take about 40 seconds. Decant the prepared mass into the glass containing the first layer of shaken coffee cocktail.
