1. Replace dates with sugar or corn syrup

Dates are naturally sweet and super sticky making them a great alternative to corn syrup or sugar in many snacks and desserts. They are great in peanut butter scotch rose no-bake cookies and granola bars that need a sweet flavor and/or an ingredient to hold it all together.
