How to Monitor Your Internet Traffic with Sniffnet

If you're concerned about your computer's traffic coming in and out of the Internet, you can use the free Sniffnet tool to find out exactly what's going on. Once you choose a network interface, the application will start monitoring Internet traffic in terms of location, IP address, host name, protocol, packets and bytes transferred. You can even mark connections as favorites and set up notifications for received packets or bytes. There is also an inspector section that displays the source and destination IP addresses, along with their associated ports and layers.
