If you want to stop vibration or notification sounds or other sounds for all apps on your iPhone except phone calls, then you need to go to /"settings/". Then you need to go to /"Focus/". Go to /"Do not disturb/" and you need to enable this /"Do not disturb/" option. After that go to /"People/" and you have to select this option /"calls from/" and you have to select /"Everyone/". So once you do that, all vibrations or notification sounds from all apps will be turned off. Only phone calls will be allowed and everyone else's will be allowed as well. Suppose, if you want to only allow phone calls from contacts saved in your contact list, go to these /"People/" again. Go to /"calls from/", then select /"All contacts/". This means the contacts present in the contact list.
