To pair, place your earbuds in their case with the lid closed, then open the case to automatically enter pairing mode. Tap Connect and follow the prompts. If you don't receive a pop-up, go to the Galaxy Wearable app and tap Start. Select your Galaxy earbuds from the list, accept the pairing request and wait for the software to download if necessary. Once finished, review the terms, conditions and permissions. Tap Allow so your Buds can do things like make and manage calls. If your earbuds are paired with another device, place both earbuds in the case. Hold both touchpads until they enter pairing mode and tap Connect.
If your headphones aren't connecting, it may be due to other connections. To resolve, disconnect, unpair, or temporarily disable Bluetooth on other devices and then try pairing again. Once connected, enjoy your Galaxy Buds with the device that best suits your lifestyle!
