If you tend to forget to reply to messages, you can pin a discussion so that it appears at the top of all your discussions, including above new and unread discussions, rather than just marking it as unread. However, it's only possible to pin three discussions, so don't be too complacent in your responses.
️ To do this, go to your chats screen, swipe right and tap the Pin icon.
️ You can do the same thing on Android by long-pressing on the chat and tapping the pin icon at the top of the screen.
This is a great way to stay on top of conversations, even if you open the message but forget to reply immediately and the unread message icon disappears.
