Just follow these steps:
1. Open the Facebook application and log in to your profile if you haven't already;
2. Click “What do you think?” » tab at the top;
3. Type something if you want. Next, click on the “Gallery” icon in the lower right corner;
4. Scroll down and click “GIF”;
5. Choose GIF if you want to post on Facebook, you can also search for specific GIFs;
6. Once your message is ready, click “Publish” in the upper right corner of your screen.
Do! You have successfully posted a GIF to the Facebook app using your mobile device!
