In this Microsoft PowerPoint tutorial, I'll show you the most time-consuming method of protecting your presentation, by first exporting your slides as images and then creating a new presentation with the Photo Album command, which has two distinct advantages :
#1: It saves all slides in your presentation as images, so no one can edit or copy and paste your content.
#2: It allows users to run your presentation using PowerPoint slideshow mode…so different from a PDF, your presentation is still a native PowerPoint file type and can be opened and run by anyone with Microsoft Power point.
And while this method takes longer than our other PowerPoint tutorial, it results in a smaller file size, so the resulting deck is easier to email.
