If you're suddenly receiving unwanted notifications and invitations on your iPhone or iPad, chances are you've unknowingly tapped a link that subscribed you to the calendar. Fortunately, no calendar viruses have invaded your iPhone or iPad, and you can get rid of them quickly by finding the malicious subscribed calendar and then unsubscribing.
Now let's move on to the steps to remove iPhone and iPad calendar spam from your device.
Step 1. Open the app /"Settings/", then tap /"Calendar/" in this menu. The Calendar screen appears.
Step 2. Tap /"Accounts/" in this list, then tap /"Subscribed Calendars./" You will see a list of calendars that you are subscribed to on your Apple account.
Step 3. Review the list of calendars you subscribe to and identify items you don't think belong to or that you know you didn't knowingly subscribe to. Tap one of the items you don't remember subscribing to. An information screen for this subscribed calendar appears.
Step 4. Tap /"Delete Account/" at the bottom of this screen. A message appears asking if you are sure you want to delete this account and delete this calendar from your iPhone or iPad. Tap /"Delete Account/" again. You will be returned to the Subscribed Calendars screen where this calendar will no longer be displayed in this list, and all entries associated with this deleted calendar will be removed from your iPhone or iPad. As a result, you will no longer receive unwanted notifications or invitations that you received before.
