[TEXT GUIDE]:
[1] open command prompt as administrator and copy, paste any of the above commands into cmd, choose the power plan of your choice or you can enable them all.
[2] copy, paste the command and press enter, repeat 3 more times for other power plans.
[3] restart your computer.
[4] Once your system restarts, right-click the Start menu, select Power Options, and select additional power settings.
[5] This will take you to the Power Options control panel window, select the /"show additional plans/" drop-down menu and you will notice that you now have access to the other power options.
[6] select the plan you want to use and you are ready to go.
