To scan a document on iOS, open the Notes app. Then tap the New Note button in the bottom right corner. Then tap the camera icon. Select Scan Documents. Now hold your device over your document so you can see the entire page. Try to keep it as still as possible to get a clear scan. Your device will automatically scan the document. If you have multiple pages to scan in a single document, continue scanning subsequent pages. When you're done, tap Save. To save your scanned documents, tap and hold the document on your screen. Now tap Share. From the menu that appears, select Save to Files. You can change the name of your document before saving it if you wish. Choose the folder you want to save it to, then tap Save. Your scanned document will then be saved to your files in PDF format. You can access your scanned documents in your Files app.

That's all you need to scan documents with the Notes app on iOS.
