Step 1. Open the Messages app on your iPhone or iPad.
Step 2. Swipe down, then enter the text you want to search in all text conversations on your iPhone or iPad in the search bar at the top of the screen. Your search results will be displayed in the Conversations and Links sections.
Step 3. Tap "See All" associated with any of these sections to see the full list of results for that specific option.
Step 4. Tap one of the individual results you want to see in the context of the larger conversation in which the text you are looking for appears. If this is not the specific conversation you were looking for, you can press /"Back/" to continue browsing the search results.
