How to Send an Encrypted Email – What You Need to Know

Christi explains how to send encrypted emails using Outlook through Microsoft Office 365's Azure service. She explains how to send an encrypted email from your Outlook application on a computer. What it looks like when you send one (how to tell if it's been encrypted). We'll see what it's like to receive the email on a non-Microsoft account like Gmail. She then explains how to send an encrypted email without using the button by setting up a keyphrase that, when used in the subject, will automatically encrypt the message.
