In this quick technical how-to video, I'll show you how to send an iMessage text with either screen effects like confetti or fireworks, or bubble effects on the message itself.
To get started, open the Messages app and start a new text message or choose who you want to text.
Type your message and, instead of just tapping the blue send arrow, tap and hold this time. You will then be redirected to the Send with effect screen.
We'll first look at Bulle's options. These will affect the entire iMessage bubble.
Moving along the line, we slap strong, soft, invisible ink. By tapping on each of them you will get an idea of what they look like.
When you choose the one you want, tap the blue arrow here to send it.
Next we have screen effects. You can view them by swiping left or right in the options. You have effects like echo, spotlights, balloons, confetti, love, lasers, fireworks and celebration.
Again, when you find the effect you want to use, tap the blue arrow to send it.
And that's how you send an iMessage text to someone with effects.
