How to show or hide specific Windows settings
If you have a shared computer or are in an office environment and don't want other users to be able to access various Windows settings, you can easily hide them using Policy Editor Windows group or a simple registry modification. You can use the Hide feature to hide settings or the ShowOnly feature to show only specific settings. This should work for Windows 11 and Windows 10.

You can actually use the Group Policy Editor in Windows Home editions as shown in this video.

Show only:
Hide:

Hide: personalization background
Hide: login options
Show only: app features
ShowOnly: Network-Proxy; Network-Ethernet

Move towards
Computer//HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE//SOFTWARE//Microsoft//Windows//CurrentVersion//Policies//Explorer

Create a new string value named SettingsPageVisibility

Double-click SettingsPageVisibility and add the desired hiding or showing setting.
