How to show touch keyboard on Windows 10

Select the touch keyboard icon in the taskbar.
When using a tablet or PC in tablet mode, the touch keyboard opens automatically when you tap where you want to enter text. If the keyboard does not open automatically, you may need to update your drivers.
If you don't see the touch keyboard button, right-click or long-press on the taskbar and select Show touch keyboard button which brings up the /“Touch Keyboard/” on the screen.
