How to sort by days of the week in Google Sheets. No alphabetical sorting

This is a Google Sheets tutorial on how to sort by days of the week and how to sort by custom list. The tutor begins by demonstrating the finished example. The tutor then explains how to sort by days of the week. Basically a set of duplicate dates is required, formatted in days. The last required column is the day of the week column, which provides a number. The entire data list is sorted by weekday number, so the daily type is grouped.
