As I write this story I sit in my remote “office” a local bakery called Cou Cou Rachou with an empty plate except for the crushed crumbs of the croissant I just ate. I’ve been eating a lot more of these French pastries since the Olympics started in Paris and I’ve even managed to convince my family to join me.
