How to Stop Excel from Printing Extra Blank Pages
In this video I show how to prevent Excel from printing extra blank pages. Blank pages exist because your spreadsheet contains values or errors outside of the immediate area in which you are working. These values are probably hidden, so the trick is to find where they are and remove them. You can also specify a print area so that everything else on your spreadsheet is ignored.
