If you are switching from Android to iOS, you may already know that transferring text messages from Android to iPhone can be very painful because the Messages app on Android is not compatible with Messages/iMessages app on iPhone. So, in this video guide, I will show you two quick ways to transfer all text messages from your Android device to iPhone.
In this first method, I will use the Android SMS to iPhone Transfer tool to transfer Android text messages to my iPhone: http://bit.ly/android-sms-to-iphone. This app is quite easy to use and unlike the “Move to iOS” app, it will not ask you to factory reset your iPhone. This method is highly recommended if you have already set up your iPhone and don't want to erase it.
In the second method, I will use Apple's "Move to iOS" app to transfer text messages from my Samsung Android to my iPhone. This app will first ask you to format/reset your iPhone to factory settings. So make sure to backup your existing data to a safe place before using this app otherwise you will lose your data.
