Reset:
Step 1: Remove the active method from your Bluetooth device list.
Step #2: Turn off Bluetooth on your device.
Step #3: Turn on your device, then press the () and (-) buttons simultaneously. The LED should flash blue and you should hear 2 beeps. Then turn off your headphones.
Step #4: When you turn your headphones back on, they will enter pairing mode and any Bluetooth pairing issues should be resolved.
