Under Windows 11:
Go to: This PC️Windows 11 (C:) ️ Program Files (x86) ️ Microsoft ️ Edge ️ Application ️ (your version number) ️ Installer
Then just right-click and select Open Windows Terminal, then copy the command below (same command as Windows 10)
Copy and paste this command:
.//setup.exe -uninstall -system-level -verbose-logging -force-uninstall
