[GATE AT 9min NOT OPEN FOR YOU? READ THIS] In the /"Main room/" with the round door, look for 5 more Electro Cubes that are positioned in the shape of /"5/" on a die face, you need to solve that as well. The 2nd Seelie is there too.

There is a small hole near this 5 Electro Cube puzzle with water in it at the start. You will dive into the hole once you solve the Electro Cube puzzle.
To find the 2nd Seelie to open the round door underground, simply use Elemental Sight to scan the direction the Seelie is hiding and go in that direction. If you have any questions, ask them in the Comments section below – maybe we can all help each other out! World quests and puzzles that are quite mind-boggling and linked, reminds me of Tomb Raider.
For the 3 ghosts world quest – do NOT talk to the ghosts near the 3 fox statues cluster, they are already /"finished/".
[Can't find the 3rd Ghost? Try to climb onto the roof of the red house at 12:37 a.m. There is a ghost there that is ABSOLUTELY OBSCURED by the leaves of the tree.]
