If you find that you can't deal with the bugs in Android 13 Beta, I can show you how to unsubscribe from the program and install the stable version of Android 12.

Last week I made a video showing you how to upgrade from the Android 12L beta to the newly launched Android 13 beta program. In this video we use the landing page that Google has set up for the Android Beta program to simply sign up and it will send us an OTA update that brings us to Android 13.

But this week I saw a comment on this video asking how we can upgrade from the new Android 13 beta to the stable Android 12. So in today's video I want to guide through this process.

Now, if you want to go the manual route, I've already made a video showing how to downgrade the Google Pixel to older firmware using the Android Flash tool. I'll link to this in the video description for those who want to go that route. However, if you used the Android Beta website to sign up for the beta, you can also use it to unsubscribe.

The process will take you from Android 13 to Android 12, and it's really simple to do.

The first thing to do is to backup as much user data as possible. Google makes it very clear that we cannot save our personal data when we downgrade from the Android 13 beta program. So take the time to back up your photos, videos, apps, and games as much as possible, because everything will be erased once the process downgrade completed.

When you're ready, let's visit the official Android beta website and check that the device we want to downgrade is listed on that website.

As you can see, the process of downgrading Android 13 Beta to the stable version of Android 12 using the Android Beta website is very simple and easy to follow. The only downside to the process is data loss, but since you're aware of this from the beta, everyone should have a plan to back up their important data.
