How to upgrade the doorbell transformer

If you are having problems with your Ring Doorbell Transformer, Nest Doorbell Transformer, Eufy Doorbell Transformer, it may need to be replaced. You may also experience issues such as a doorbell not working, short chimes, or the video doorbell indicating it is underpowered. All of this may be a reason why you need to upgrade your doorbell transformer. Do it yourself and watch this video on how to upgrade easily. Most newer video doorbells require 16-24V transformers and older homes may have much smaller transformers. You can purchase a replacement doorbell transformer at Home Depot and Walmart, but we purchased from Amazon.
