Microsoft has removed the easiest way to use an offline account. This will be enough to force most users to comply… and create an always-online Microsoft account. It's the future. They don't want you to be able to use a PC without a permanent connection to their cloud. They want to show you ads and collect your data. It's a bit dark.
However, we can still use an offline mode using several different methods. Watch the video.

Press ShiftF10 (some laptops require you to press Function(FN)ShiftF10)
Then type this in the command prompt: oobe//bypassnro
