In this video, we'll cover Quick Parts, a tool that lets you quickly create templates for blocks of text you often use in an email. Whether it's a tagline, an introductory paragraph, or a frequently asked question, Quick Parts can save you time and effort in writing repetitive messages.

We'll show you how to create a new quick play by typing the block of text you want to save, selecting Insert – Quick Plays – Save Selection to Quick Play Gallery, and choosing a name and category for your new template. You can also customize how text is inserted by choosing from different options.

If you no longer need a Quick Part, we'll also show you how to delete or edit it by opening the drop-down list and right-clicking the building block you created.

Quick parts
Quick Parts lets you quickly create templates for blocks of text you often use in an email.

Select New Email – Type the block of text you want to save.
Select Insert – Quick Parts – Save selection to Quick Parts gallery.

Choose the name, the gallery where you want to add it, the category (you can create a new one).

Save in option can be left as default

For options, you can choose how you want the text to be inserted.

To delete a quick game, open the drop-down list and right-click on the building block you created.

From here, a new window will appear where you can delete and modify the block settings.
