Today I'm going to show you how to use Google Docs on your mobile device or iPhone. So first of all we will download the Google Docs application. I have it here and this is what it looks like, so download. Here you will first go to the App Store, go ahead and click on the App Store. I'm going to be using an iPhone, so the Android App Store is a little different, then we're going to go to the bottom and click Search. then type Google Docs to be able to continue. see it at the top, it will be the first one most likely to appear and it will have 1.6 million 5 star reviews. it's going to be, I have a lot of reviews, so don't get distracted if there's another one before that, so you're going to click download and then once you download it, Google Docs will take you to this screen. this screen will be where you log in to your Gmail account, so go ahead and click Login and then continue or I'm going to click Select another account, so I'm going to use my tech tip on behalf of the baby boomers . Click on this one and then it shows information about the tips and then I click on "Got it" and that's where my previous documents are if I want to create a new document go down to the bottom right here and click on the little plus sign. Then it will give you the option to choose a template or create a new document. So, depending on what you want to do, you can choose either of these options. If you choose a model, it will be great. if you are going to write a letter, a formal letter, a business letter or you are doing a project for your job or for your school, this is an easy way to give a good MLA format to APA format and then other things to that you can use one. then just edit the text that's there and keep the formatting as it is so we can do that, but for this example we're going to go to a blank document because those are the most common, so click the new document. so this is where you're going to put the name of your document so I'm going to name this test and then I'm going to click on Create. and then this will allow me to start typing my new document, so if I say hello, this is tech tips for baby boomers.
