The utopia would be that a single application could do everything perfectly for every workflow of every company and every department. It would be surprising, but we do not live in a utopia.
I'm going to go out on a limb here and assume that many of you are using Microsoft Teams for your UCaaS client. I'm also guessing that many of you also use Zoom for workflows that Teams can't do or doesn't do very well.
