Task Manager can be used to view and manage your processes, performance statistics, application history, users, process details and services in Windows 10.

Starting with Windows 10 build 17704, Task Manager now includes 2 new columns in the "Processes" tab to display the energy impact of the currently running process on their system. This should help you understand which apps/services are using the most power versus the least power-hungry apps. The metric takes into account CPU, GPU, and disk when calculating power consumption.

Power Consumption: This column will provide an instant view of applications/services consuming power.

Power Consumption Trend: This column provides a 2-minute power consumption trend for each running application/service. This column will be empty when you start an application but will be populated based on power consumption every 2 minutes.
