When I heard that Carla Hall makes a potato salad with pickle brine I knew I had to try it. After all I love potato salad and pickles so it had to be amazing.
I have made several different types of potato salad recently and they were all creamy with lots of mayonnaise and hard boiled eggs. I love that kind of potato salad but after eating it three or four times it gets a little boring.
