Boost the Send To menu
Staying organized is the key to working efficiently. You can use the Send To option in the right-click context menu to keep your virtual home clean, although this will require modifying the menu to suit your particular needs. It's quick and worth it.

Start by creating shortcuts to your most used folders. (I like to create a shortcut for my PCWorld working folder, for example.) Once that's done, open File Explorer and type shell:sendto in the address bar at the top. File Explorer will reveal a list of options that appear in the Send To menu. Simply drag your previously created shortcuts into this folder. The next time you right-click an item and call up the Send To menu, these folders will be listed as options.
