I went back to a basic phone – here's what happened.

Over the past few weeks, I've decided to put my ultra-modern smartphone in a drawer and go back to a basic flip phone. The one that can't load the web or take a decent photo. The effect of this experience showed me that simplifying your life in this way can actually improve it.
