Coming up with inspiring lunch ideas takes some effort. One of the things I’m trying to get better at is packing lunches on the go. Often let’s face it it’s re-marketing leftovers. If we’re not home that day we often just make a guess. And I almost always regret not taking the time to pack a proper lunch. This is especially true when we’re traveling in the Airstream. Because on those days parking dictates where you eat lunch. And just thinking about it makes me shudder. So yeah we’re trying to do better here and I thought I’d share some recent successes.
