STEP BY STEP TUTORIAL:
Step 1: Inventory of your health applications (what metrics/data are important to you?)
Step 2: Sync health apps with Apple Health (enable via Settings)
Step 3: Download the Health View app from the App Store
Step 4: Connect Health View to Apple Health in Settings
Step 5: In the Health View app, open the /"Datasets/" section in the app settings and enable/disable the desired data metrics.
Step 6: Hold down on the home screen and click the /"/" button at the top to add a widget
Step 7: Open the /"Health View/" widget and select from 5 templates
Step 8: Click on the widget and customize the color (under /"theme/") and datasets
