A very easy idea with minimal fuss or mess for any number of people. Individual fried eggs surrounded by a strip of bacon and topped with a piece of cheese. These eggs get a very pleasant flavour from frying them rather than the more conventional way of boiling them. Great for not having splatters everywhere and for being able to cook 12 or more eggs at once.
