Command to enter to bypass the Microsoft account requirement: oobe//bypassnro
Some laptops may not recognize Shift F10 and you may need to use ShiftFNF10 instead. If this doesn't work, you may need to change a setting in the BIOS. I haven't encountered one myself yet, so I haven't been able to test it.
