Installing and Reviewing Neptune 5.0 First Impression

In this short video I take a quick look at Neptune 5.0 /"Refresh/" which is a Debian based distribution that uses the KDE Plasma desktop. Based on stable Debian but using backported packages for Plasma and some desktop applications, Neptune strikes a good balance between stable and fresh.
