This recipe requires minimal ingredients and comes together quickly. If you can't find Moroccan spices feel free to make your own but the flavor may vary. I prefer Savory Spice Shop® Tan Tan Moroccan Spice. I've learned that some Instant Pots® can give a "burn alert" but mine didn't. If you do get a burn alert add 2 tablespoons more broth.
