Instant Pot Roasted Garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil or as needed
Place a steamer basket in the bottom of a multi-purpose pressure cooker (such as an Instant Pot). Add water to the bottom of the steamer basket.
Cut off the top 1/4 inch of the garlic head. Place the head cut side up in the steamer basket; drizzle with olive oil and season with salt. Close and latch the lid. Select the Poultry function according to the manufacturer's instructions; set the timer for 10 minutes. Wait 10 to 15 minutes for pressure to build.
