On iPhone 14 and iPhone 15 models, Action mode provides improved stabilization when recording in Video mode. Tap the Action Mode Off button at the top of the screen to turn Action Mode on and the Action Mode On button to turn it off.
The iPhone is turned horizontally. The camera is open and in video mode. In the camera frame, a person is jogging. The Flash button is in the lower left corner of the screen. The Camera Controls button is located in the center left of the screen. In the upper left corner are quick buttons for changing video resolution and frame rate. The Action button in the upper left corner is enabled. On the right side are, from top to bottom, the rear camera switcher button, the Record button, and the Photo and Video Viewer button. In the viewfinder, a person is running.
Note: Action mode works best in bright light. If you want to use Action Mode in low light, go to Settings Camera, tap Record Video, then turn on Action Lower Light Mode. Action mode has a maximum capture resolution of 2.8K
