It's time to change the time! Will daylight saving time ever end?

Daylight saving time begins this weekend, and clocks will officially go forward one hour at 2 a.m. Sunday.

Although many states, such as Arizona and Hawaii, do not observe daylight saving time, many states do. However, several bills and resolutions have been introduced to end the time changes.
